Southern Forest Resources, LLC is a private forestry consulting firm specializing in forest management for the private landowner. We have been in business since 1981.
It is our objective to cost-effectively provide forestry management expertise to the private landowner by working directly with them to achieve their objectives for their property.
Our company is not affiliated with any other timber company or wood processing facility.

The Mission of Southern Forest Resources is to provide forestry expertise to private timberland owners to help them fulfill their objectives for their properties. Our forestry professionals provide information, education, and problem solutions to our clients to inspire them to manage their timber in a sustainable and environmentally responsible manner.
PRINCIPLES
Terry Beasley
Registered Forester MS & ALTerry is a registered forester in Mississippi and Alabama as well as a real estate agent in Mississippi.
A graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry, Terry has worked for the state governments of Texas and Mississippi. His 30+ years of experience includes working in the private sector in sales, timber management and procurement.
Volunteering with community organizations, Terry has served in several leadership positions such as President of the Amory Rotary Club, Chairman of the Monroe County Forestry Association, Chairman of the local chapter of the Society of American Foresters and President of the Amory High School Soccer Booster Club. Currently, he is an active member of the Amory Rotary Club, the Society of American Foresters and the Monroe County Farm Bureau Board of Directors. He is also a Paul Harris Fellow and a Certified Tree Farm Inspector.
Terry enjoys watching professional sports, especially the New Orleans Saints, the San Antonio Spurs, and the Pittsburgh Penguins. He is also a cyclist having completed several century rides.

Cliff Daniel
Registered Forester MSCliff is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry. He is also a registered forester in Mississippi. Cliff worked with Packaging Corporation of America for 30 years in their landowner assistance programs. He has been a partner in Southern Forest Resources, LLC for 16 years.
Cliff is involved in his local community and church in Iuka. He is also a facilitator for Project Learning Tree an award-winning environmental education program designed for teachers and other educators, parents and community leaders working with youth from preschool through grade 12.
Cliff enjoys time with family.
